聚桂醇与平阳霉素治疗颌面部血管瘤疗效与并发症临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:研究聚桂醇与平阳霉素、地塞米松在治疗颌面部血管瘤方面的临床疗效与并发症方面的差异。方法:将108例颌面部血管瘤患者随机分为聚桂醇组和平阳霉素组,分别采用聚桂醇和平阳霉素、地塞米松进行注射治疗,比较两组的疗效和并发症。结果:聚桂醇组疗效和并发症均优于平阳霉素组。结论:聚桂醇疗效优于平阳霉素,并发症低于平阳霉素,作为硬化剂,是治疗血管瘤的有效药物,值得推广。Objective： To study the differences of clinical efficacy and complications of lauromacrogol and pingyangmycin,dexamethasone in the treatment of maxillofacial hemangioma.Method：108 cases of maxillofacial hemangioma were randomly divided into lauromacrogol group and Pingyang mycin group,they were treated with lauromacrogol and Pingyang mycin injection,dexamethasone treatment respectively. Then the clinical efficacy and complications of two groups were compared.Result： The curative effect and complication of Lauromacrogol group were better than those of Pingyangmycin group.Conclusion： The curative effect and complications of Lauromacrogol are better than those of Pingyangmycin, it is an effective drug for the treatment of hemangioma,is worthy of promotion.
