大黄人参方联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结肠癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察大黄人参方联合FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗晚期结肠癌患者的临床疗效。方法将60例晚期结肠癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。2组均给予FOLFOX4方案化疗,14 d为1个化疗周期,所有患者至少接受3个周期化疗。治疗组于化疗当天给予大黄人参方口服(如呕吐较重不能进食者给予灌肠)每日1剂,水煎300 m L,分2次温服,连服7 d。观察2组临床疗效、生活质量改善情况、不良反应发生情况及无进展生存期。结果 2组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组临床获益率、KPS评分好转率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),白细胞减少、恶心、呕吐、血小板减少、腹泻、肝功能损害发生率均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),无进展生存期明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大黄人参方联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结肠癌疗效确切,可明显提高患者生活质量,延长无进展生存期,且不良反应少,患者耐受性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of rhubarb ginseng prescription combined with FOLFOX4 regimen in the treatment of advanced colon cancer. Methods 60 patients with advanced colon cancer were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group. All the patients in the two groups were received FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy for at least three periods with 14 days for one period. And the patients in the treatment group were given orally rhubarb ginseng pre- scription （ the patients of severe vomiting were given enemas） on the first day of chemotherapy, One agent per day, decoction of 300 mL, twice for oral, treatment for seven days. The effective rate, quality of life, adverse reactions, progression - free survival time were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the effective rates between the both groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The clinical benefit rate and the KPS score improvement rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （ all P 〈 0.05）. The occurring rate of leukopenia, nausea, vomiting, thrombocytopenia, diarrhea, tiver function damage in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. The median progression free survival time （mPFS） in the treatment group was significantly longer than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Rhubarb ginseng prescription combined with FOLFOX4 regimen is effective in treating advanced colon cancer. It can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients, prolong the progression-free survival time, and with fewer adverse reactions, patients are well tolerated. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
