摘　　要：[目的]分析新疆生产建设兵团第七师（七师）2010～2011年胃癌发病和死亡情况,为胃癌的防治提供科学依据。[方法]根据七师肿瘤登记处2010～2011年登记的恶性肿瘤发病及死亡资料,统计分析胃癌的粗发病率、粗死亡率、年龄别发病率、年龄别死亡率、中标率及世标率。[结果]2010～2011年七师胃癌新发病例67例,死亡病例47例。胃癌粗发病率为19.49/10万（男性26.91/10万,女性11.83/10万）,中标率为9.67/10万,世标率为12.90/10万。胃癌粗死亡率为13.67/10万（男性22.33/10万,女性4.73/10万）,中标率为6.44/10万,世标率为8.95/10万。胃癌发病率从50岁以后快速上升,并随着年龄的增长有上升趋势,在80～岁年龄组达到高峰,为194.66/10万;胃癌死亡率在50岁以后随着年龄的增长有上升趋势,在80～岁年龄组达到高峰,为139.04/10万。[结论]七师胃癌发病和死亡水平较低,应重点对男性及50岁以上的人群开展早诊早治,有效降低七师胃癌流行水平。[Purpose] To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of stomach cancer in the Seventh Division（kuitun Area,Xingjiang） in 2010～2011,and to provide basis for cancer prevention and control. [Methods] The registered cancer data of incidence and mortality in 2010～2011was collected from the Seventh Division Cancer Registry. The crude incidence and mortality,agespecific incidence and mortality rates,age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese standard population（ASR China） and by world standard population（ASR world） were calculated. [Results] The new cases and death cases of stomach cancer were 67 and 47 in 2010～2011. The crude incidence of stomach cancer was 19.49/105（26.91/105 in male,11.83/105 in female）,and the ASR China and ASR world were 9.67/105 and 12.90/105,respectively. In addition the crude mortality of stomach cancer was 13.67/105（22.33/105 in male,4.73/105 in female）,the ASR China and ASR world were6.44/105 and 8.95/105 respectively. The incidence of stomach cancer increased with age from the age of 50,and peaked at the 80- age group（194.66/105）.The mortality of stomach cancer increased with age over 50,and peaked at the 80～ age group（139.04/105）. [Conclusion] The incidence and mortality of stomach cancer in the Seventh Division are low. Early diagnosis and treatment for the male population and those over 50 years old will be helpful to prevent and control the stomach cancer in the Seventh Division.
