摘　　要：基于工控机结合PLC的监控系统硬件模式,根据热媒加热炉运行工况设计开发Win CC组态监控软件,经现场运行验证,运行稳定可靠,操作直观方便,图形界面友好,为组态监控软件的工业应用提供了思路。Based on the monitoring hardware pattern of PLC combined industrial control computer, according to the operating conditions of heat medium heater, configuration monitoring software of heater is designed and developed. After field operating test, the results demonstrate that the software serves stably and reliably, operates visually and expediently, has friendly and graphical interfaces. It provides application way for the configuration monitoring software industry.
