摘 要:进入现代信息网络社会,人们的一切社会关系都在网络化,网络社会已经成为继工业社会之后的一种新社会形态。基于上述背景,选择对网络社会中提升中国企业自主创新能力相关问题进行探讨。首先,分析了网络社会对创新能力的影响。封闭式创新模式适用的前提条件或背景已经受到了网络社会的冲击和破坏,网络社会实施开放式自主创新模式成为必然。其次,分析了网络社会中自主创新机理,并在此基础上构建了网络社会开放式自主创新模型和网络社会中开放式自主创新的演化模型,运用Matlab对该演化模型进行了数值仿真研究。最后,从政府宏观和企业微观层面,提出了提升中国企业自主创新能力的对策建议。Now all the social relationships are based on the network. The network society has already become a new social form after the industrial society.Based on the above mentioned background, how to enhance the capability of independent innovation for Chinese enterprises and the relevant issues will be discussed. Firstly, analyzes the impact of networks society on innovation capability. The prerequisite for closed innovation mode has been impact and destroyed by network society. Enterprises implement the open innovation has become the inevitable in network society. Secondly, analyzes the mechanism of independent innovation in network society, constructs the open independent innovation model in network society and the evolutional open independent innovation model in network society, designs the simulation program, and then, the evolutional model was tested by numerical simulation with Matlab. Finally, gathers conclusion, which gives advice to enhance independent innovation ability of Chinese enterprises within the macro-government .level and micro-enterprise level respectively.
