摘 要:以黑龙江大豆田长期施用乙草胺的土壤为基质,经过富集、驯化,分离到细菌13株;同时,通过平板初筛实验从实验室保藏的160株细菌中筛选到能以乙草胺为唯一碳源的降解菌15株。通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定28株菌对乙草胺的降解能力,共筛选到16株对乙草胺有降解效果的菌株,7 d对50 mg/L乙草胺降解率为1.11%~58.62%,其中菌株L201-4和DD20-1的降解率分别达到58.62%和48.07%。进一步研究了这2株菌在不同乙草胺浓度、培养温度、初始p H值及外加碳源量情况下的生长特性。研究结果可为乙草胺污染土壤的生物修复提供菌种资源和科学依据。In this paper,13 strains of bacteria were obtained from soybean field soil for long-term acetochlor in Heilongjiang by enrichment,domestication. 15 strains of degrading bacteria with acetochlor as sole carbon source were obtained from 160 bacteria in laboratory. Then,28 acetochlor degrading bacterial strains were screened by high performance liquid chromatography. In pure culture,58. 62 % and 48. 07 % of the 50 mg / L acetochlor was decomposed after 7 days incubation by L201-4 and DD20-1. Growth characters of the two bacteria in different concentrations of acetochlor,different culture temperature,different initial p H and different amount of carbon were further studied. The results would provide strain resources and scientific basis for bioremediation of acetochlor contaminated soil.
