摘　　要：中央苏区时期,毛泽东等领导人高度重视卫生人才的培养,多次指示贺诚、傅连暲等创办专门学校,训练自己的军医,并提出培训医务人才的指导性意见,成为苏区各类医务学校的办学精髓。在毛泽东医学教育思想指导下,中央苏区创办了各类医务学校和培训班,培养了一大批"政治坚定、技术优良"的红色医生。During the period of Central Soviet Area, Mao Zedong and other leaders attached great importance to the training of health personnel. He instructed He Cheng and Fu Lianzhang to establish special schools for the traing of army doctors, and put forward the guiding opinions of training medical talents, which became the essence of running various health schools at that time. Under the guidance of Mao Zedong thought of medical education, various health schools and training classes were established in the Central Soviet Area, and a large number of revolutionary health workers were cultivated.
