摘  要:近年来国外关于融合教师效能感这一主题已经形成了一定的研究规模,本研究通过对相关文献的分析后发现:当前研究以融合教师效能感测量工具的编制、效能感影响因素的分析以及融合教师培训课程的设计为主;存在着研究结果差异大,研究内容分布不均衡的问题;因此加强本土化研究,进一步细化问卷编制和增强培训课程的可操作性将是未来研究的主题。Recent years has seen the research trends of the efficacy of inclusive teachers abroad. By analyzing relevant literature, results show that the current research mainly focuses on the following three aspects : the research of measuring tool formation, the analysis of the influential factors of self-efficacy and the design of teacher training courses. But the large differences in the re- search results and the imbalanced distribution of the research content are the deficiencies of current research. Therefore, to strengthen the indigenous research, further refine the questionnaire and improve the maneuverability of training courses will be the subjects of future study.
