摘　　要：DSM-V对自闭症谱系障碍的诊断标准进行了重要的修订,包括合并亚障碍类型,精简诊断领域,调整诊断项目,增加感知觉诊断标准等。此次修订吸收了近年来自闭症及其谱系障碍临床诊断和干预、心理统计分析、遗传学等领域的研究成果,具有较为严谨的实证基础。但学界对新诊断标准的各项变化以及其敏感性、有效性等方面仍然存在较大的争议。DSM -V has made some important revision of the diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorders, including merging types of subobstacle, simplifying the diagnostic criteria, modifying the diagnostic items and increasing the diagnostic criteria of sensory perception, etc. The revision has absorbed the research results in autism clinical diagnosis and intervention, statistical a- nalysis and gene, etc. , which has a strong evidence basis. However, there is still a strong argument on changes, sensitivity and validity of the new criteria.
