摘　　要：当前高校学生组织践行社会主义核心价值观面临着多元价值观念的爆发式冲击、复杂网络生态环境的挑战以及个性化、"非主流"意识的影响,出现践行形式上日趋多元化、组织模式上趋于非正式化以及动员方式上逐渐网络化、虚拟化等新特点,存在主体结构不尽合理、主体动机不强以及组织内部负面因素影响等问题。高校学生组织践行社会主义核心价值观要做到组织建设目标与社会主义核心价值观相契合、组织核心价值观与社会主义核心价值观相融合、组织运行机制与社会主义核心价值观相符合,提升高校学生组织文化建设的能力、提升学生干部统筹能力、提升学生组织新媒体运用与活动设计能力,并且在激励模式、践行形式以及动员方式上进行创新。Currently the practice of socialist core values for student organizations in colleges and universities faces the explosive-style shock from diversified values, the challenge from complicated network ecological environment and individuation, the influence from non-mainstream ideology, which leads to many new features like gradual diversification in forms of practice, non-formalization in organizing model and networking and virtualization in mobilization. Problems exist in which the major structure is not completely reasonable, the primary motivation is not strong and the negative factors within the organizations are influencing. In order to practice the socialist core values, the student organizations in colleges and universities should live up to the assortment of the construction object of the organization with the socialist core values, the integration of the organizations＇ core values with the socialist ones, the conformance of the organization＇s operational mechanism with the socialist core values, so as to develop the college students＇ ability of cultural building, the student leaders＇ ability of planning in entirety and student organizations＇ ability of new media usage and activities planning and to innovate in inspiration patterns, practice forms and mobilization ways.
