摘　　要：高校辅导员胜任力模型的构建有助于高校根据其战略目标,选择合适的人才,对高校的发展和人才的培养具有重要的意义。文章简单介绍了高校辅导员胜任力模型的概念,并分析了胜任力模型的目标选择和程序设计,同时探讨了高校辅导员胜任力模型的构建策略。The construction of the competency model of college counselors is helpful to the college according to its strategic objectives,to select the appropriate talents,it is significance to the development of colleges and universities and training of talents. This paper briefly introduces the concept of competency model of college counselors,and analyzes the target selection and program design of competency model,and discusses the construction strategy of the competency model of college counselors.
