摘　　要：目的:探讨患者血清中白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶(Tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase,TRACP-5b)的水平在多发性骨髓瘤骨病(Multiple myeloma bone disease,MBD)发病中的作用及其临床意义。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验法(Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测43例MBD患者组及22例MM患者组(无骨损害)及40例健康对照组血清中的IL-6、TRACP-5b的水平,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:MBD患者组血清IL-6、TRACP-5b(27.93±7.45,21.33±5.66)水平较MM患者组(无骨损害)(13.58±4.85,7.23±2.86)、健康对照组(5.65±2.57,6.76±2.65)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Ⅲ期MM患者血清IL-6、TRACP-5b水平(31.92±7.84,24.2±7.86)明显高于I期(11.58±4.85,7.13±2.86)、Ⅱ期(22.45±6.51,14.65±6.76)MM患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);MBD患者血清IL-6与血清TRACP-5b水平呈正相关(r=0.915,P<0.01)。结论:检测MM患者血清IL-6、TRACP-5b水平可以作为MBD的辅助诊断指标,血清IL-6、TRACP-5b可能参与了MBD的发生和发展。Objective： To study the function and clinical significance of interleukin-6 （IL-6） and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase （TRACP-5b） expression in multiple myeloma bone disease（MBD）. Methods： Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） were used to detedcte serum level of IL-6 and TRACP-5b in 43 MBD patients, 22 MM patients （No bone damage ） and 40 healthy controls, then statistical analysis was conducted. Results： The IL-6 and TRACP-5b serum levels of MBD patients groups （27.93± 7.45, 21.33± 5.66） were much higher compare to MM patients（No bone damage） （13.58± 4.85, 7.23± 2.86） and healthy control groups（5.65±2.57, 6.76± 2.65）. The serum levels oflL-6 and TRACP-5b in stage Ⅲ MBD patients（31.92± 7.84, 24.2± 7.86）were much higher than those in stage I （11.58± 4.85, 7.13± 2.86） and Ⅱ （22.45± 6.51,14.65± 6.76）; Both the differences were statistical significance （P〈0.01）. The serum level IL-6 was positively correlated to the level of TRACP-5b （r=0.915,P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Detection serum levle of IL-6 and TRACP-5b could be helpful to diagnoze MBD; and IL-6 and TRACP-5b might take part in the process of occurrence and development of MBD.
