稻谷中Bar基因PCR测定方法的研究

摘　　要：本研究以稻谷中转Bar外源基因片断为检测对象,应用PCR法建立稻谷中转Bar基因稻谷成分的定性检测方法。分别设计内参基因(SPS)引物和外源基因(Bar)引物,应用PCR法对稻谷中Bar基因进行定性检测。实验结果分析可知本研究采用的检测方法对阳性样品和阴性样品的检测具有可靠性,可以作为检测稻谷中转Bar基因的定性检测方法。The rice exogenous gene Bar was detected with a new established PCR method. We designed the primers of the rice internal reference gene SPS and the rice exogenous gene Bar, and detected the quality of Bartransgenic rice. The results showed that the PCR method used in this study to detect positive samples and negative samples was reliable, and could be used as a qualitative detection method on Bar-transgenic detection in rice.
