全结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠癌患者应用全结肠系膜切除术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2011年5月—2015年5月收治320例结肠癌患者临床病历资料,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(传统根治术)与观察组(全结肠系膜切除术),各160例。统计两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后排气时间及术后住院时间;统计两组患者淋巴结清扫情况及术后并发症,随访2个月,统计两组患者病灶复发情况。结果观察组术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后引流量及术后住院时间均明显少(短)于对照组,P<0.05;观察组淋巴结、阳性淋巴结和左、右半结肠淋巴结清除均明显多于对照组,P<0.05。观察组并发症的比率为2.50%(4/160)明显低于对照组的13.13%(21/160),P<0.05。观察组复发率0.00%,明显低于对照组的10.63%,P<0.05。结论全结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌患者疗效显著且安全。OBJECTIVE Discuss clinical curative effect of the application of colon cancer patients all mesocolon resection treatment clinical curative effect.METHODS Retrospective analysis on 320 patients with colon cancer treated by clinical medical records of from May 2011 to May 2015,according to random number table method to be grouped into control group（traditional radical prostatectomy） and observation group（full） mesocolon resection,160 cases for each.Statistics of two groups of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative patients with lead flow and postoperative hospital stay,postoperative exhaust time;Statistics of two groups of patients with lymph node cleaning and postoperative complications,follow-up 2 months,make statistics of two groups of patients with recurrent lesions.RESULTS Observation group intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative led traffic and postoperative hospital stay were significantly less（short） than the control group,P〈0.05;observation group,positive lymph nodes,left,right half colon lymph node lymph node removal were significantly more than the control group,P〈0.05）.The complication rate was2.50%（4/160） in observation group was obviously lower than the control group（13.13%,21/160）,P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate was0.00%in observation group,which was obviously lower than the control group（10.63%）,P〈0.05.CONCLUSION The curatre effect of a 11 the mesocolon resection colon cancer patients with obvious therapeutic was effect and safety.
