摘　　要：目的 分析妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌临床诊断和治疗。方法 回顾性分析我院2011年1月至2012年12月间收治6例妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌的临床资料,对其诊断治疗分析总结及文献分析。结果 全组病例随诊10-37个月。4例尚未发生复发转移,1例骨转移。1例1年后因肺脏和脑转移死亡。结论 妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌的预后取决于临床分期、病理类型、免疫组化情况及其规范的综合治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation. Methods The clinical data of 6 patients with breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation treated in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively and Analysis of the literature. Results All the patients were followed up in 10 months to 37 months. 4 cases are still alive. 1 case appeared to bone metastasis. 1 case died. Conclusion The prognosis of breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation depending on the clinical stage, histological type, immunohistochemistry and comprehensive treatment.
