摘　　要：毕业生的就业率和就业质量的高低是反映学校人才培养质量能否获得社会认可的重要方面,直接影响学校的办学声誉和生源质量。本文运用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法对浙江金融职业学院国际商务系2015届毕业生作了就业调查,从毕业生的就业现状分析就业难的原因,从而提出促进学生就业的对策建议。Graduates＇ employment rate and employment quality is the important aspect which could reflect the social acceptance about college talent training quality. Also, it could directly affect the quality school reputation and students. This article completes the survey about 2015 graduates＇employment of Zhejiang Financial College International Business Department by questionnaire and interview. Based on the survey, reasons and difficulty in employment would be analyze. Meanwhile, the paper would put forward to suggestions which could benefit to promote students＇employment.
