摘　　要：目的观察高频电灼联合鼻泪管支架植入术治疗鼻泪管术后再阻塞的效果。方法鼻泪管术后再阻塞85例（88眼）。采用高频电灼烧术联合鼻泪管支架植入手术治疗，随访6—12个月。结果88眼均一次置管成功，均顺利完成手术，无并发症发生。结论高频电灼联合鼻泪管支架植入术治疗鼻泪管术后再阻塞，获得了良好的效果。Objective To observe the effects of high frequency electric cauterization combined with nasolacrimal duct stent implantation for the treatment ofnasolacrimal duct re-obstruction. Methods Eighty- five patients （88 eyes） of nasolacrimal duct re-obstruction received high frequency electric cauterization combined with nasolacrimal duct stent implantation. All patients were followed up for 6 - 12 months. Results The tubes were intubated successfully once in all cases. No complication was found. Conclusion High frequency electric cauterization combined with nasolacrimal duct stent implantation is an effective method for nasolacrimal duct re-obstruction.
