老年新发脑梗死患者与纤维蛋白原含量和血小板参数的相关性

摘　　要：目的观察老年患者在出现新发脑梗死时纤维蛋白原(FG)含量和血小板参数的变化及其之间的相关性。方法选择80例经颅脑MR确诊为新发脑梗死的老年人为实验组,并同时选择性别及年龄相似的健康老年人60例作为对照组,通过检测入院当天纤维蛋白原含量及血小板数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、血小板比积(PCT)、血小板最大聚集率(MAR),来明确上述指标与新发脑梗塞之间的关系。结果实验组的FG为(8.32±2.57)g/L,与对照组相比有显著性差异;实验组MPV和MAR增高与对照组之间差异显著。结论定期对纤维蛋白原、血小板参数进行监测对于老年人群的脑血管病有一定的参考和诊断价值,并可以及时进行预防,意义较大。Objective To observe the changes of fibrinogen （ FG） content and platelet parameters when new cerebral infarction occurs in elderly patients ,and there is some correlations between them .Methods Eighty cases which diagnosed to cerebral infarction by brain MR in the elderly patients as experimental group ,and at the same time select 60 cases who＆#39;s gender and age similar to healthy old people as the control group .By detecting the fibrinogen levels and platelet count （ PLT ） , mean platelet volume （ MPV ） , platelet volume distribution width （ PDW ） , platelet hematocrit （ PCT） ,platelet aggregation rate （ MAR） of the admission day ,to clarify the relationship between the indicators and new infarction.Results FG of experimental group was （8.32±2.57）g/L,which has a significant difference compared to the control group;the differences between MPV and MAR of experimental group and the control group was significantly high -er.Conclusion Regular monitor of fibrinogen and platelet parameters for cerebrovascular disease of the elderly popula -tion has some reference and diagnostic value ,and can make timely prevention ,which have greater significance .
