摘　　要：就业是民生之本,随着我国高等教育的普及化,大学生的就业形势更加复杂和严峻。国家经济发展进入新常态,经济增长速度放缓,高校的就业管理工作也遇到了前所未有的压力和挑战。在经济新常态背景下,本文重新审视了高校就业工作存在的问题和面临的机遇,并从多层面、多角度提出高校就业管理改革创新的策略和方法。Employment is the basis of people＇s livelihood. With the popularization of higher education, the employment of college graduates becomes increasingly complex and difficult. Since China＇s economy enters its ＂new normal＂ phase with slowing- down pace, universities encounter unprecedented pressure and challenges in students＂ employment. This thesis first reviewed the existing problems and new challenges of students＂ employment from the universities＂ perspective in the ＂new normal economy＂, then put forward the multi-angled solutions to the reform and innovation of the students＂ employment management.
