摘　　要：目的利用心理痛苦温度计（DT）探讨山西省癌症患者心理痛苦程度和影响因素。方法使用美国国立综合癌症网络（NCCN）推荐的DT对山西省多所医院的6228例癌症患者进行心理痛苦筛查。从年龄、性别、职业、地区、性格类型等方面研究患者心理痛苦差异。结果山西省癌症患者心理痛苦检出率为28．2％（1754／6288）。影响心理痛苦的原因主要有经济问题、担忧、紧张、疲乏、疼痛、睡眠不良、消化不良、便秘等。不同癌症类型中，胰腺癌患者心理痛苦检出率最高（50％）。心理痛苦得分在性格类型、情绪调节方面有差异。阳泉地区痛苦得分低于其他地区。结论DT适用于对癌症患者心理痛苦的筛查，山西省癌症患者的心理痛苦检出率高于全国平均水平。影响山西省癌症患者心理痛苦的主要因素集中在经济状况、情绪体验、生理体验等方面，胰腺癌患者的心理痛苦程度较高，性格内向、不善于调节情绪癌症患者心理痛苦程度较高。Objective To investigate the psychological distress condition and its influence factors of cancer patients according of distress thermometer （DT） in Shanxi province. Methods The DT recommended by National Comprehensive Cancer Network （NCCN） was used. The screening for psychological distress was carried out in 6 228 cancer patients in Shanxi Province. The psychological distress condition was evaluated by variables such as age, gender, occupation, region and other personality types. Results The detection rate of severe psychological distress was 28.2 % （I 754/6 288） in cancer patients in Shanxi province. The influencing factors for psychological distress included the economic condition, worries, stress, fatigue, pain, bad sleep indigestion, constipation and so on. Among the different types of cancer, the detection rate of severe psychological distress in patients with pancreatic cancer was highest. There were significant differences in the scores of personality types and emotional regulation. The score of psychological distress in cancer patients in Yangquan city was lower than that in other regions. Conclusions DT can be used to explore the causes and assess the severity of psychological distress in cancer patients, and the screening for psychological distress in Shanxi province was higher than the national average. According to the survey, the main influence factors of psychological distress in the cancer patients in Shanxi province are focused on the economic condition, emotional experience, physical experience and so on. Patients with pancreatic cancer are in a high degree of psychological distress. The cancer patients who are introverted or not good at regulating emotions tend to be higher psychological distress.
