摘　　要：目的分析探讨水林佳与脂肝消汤联合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法选择2013年4月—2014年11月来我院接受非酒精性脂肪肝治疗的患者118例,将其按照年龄、性别等随机分为对照组和试验组两组,每组患者59例。对照组患者采用水林佳治疗方式,试验组患者在对照组基础上加用脂肝消汤治疗措施,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者,两组患者比较差异显著,P<0.05具有统计学意义;试验组患者的胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、α-谷氨酰胺基转移酶(GGT)改善情况明显优于对照组患者,两组患者比较差异显著,P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论水林佳与脂肝消汤联合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝效果显著,可有效改善患者病情,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuilingjia and Zhiganxiao decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver.Methods Selecting 118 cases of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver in our hospital from April 2013 to November 2014, they were ran-domly divided into control group and test group. The control group was treated with Shuilingjia. The test group was treated with Zhiganxi-ao decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference has statistical significance P〈0.05. The improvement of TC, TG, ALT, AST and GGT of the test group were better than those of the control group, and the difference has statistical significance P〈0.05. Conclusion Shuilingjia and Zhiganxiao decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver has significant effect, can effectively improve the patient＇s condition and the clinical treatment effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
