摘  要:基于ITIL的IT服务管理体系帮助用户实现了由"救火式"IT支持到IT服务管理体系的转变,彻底改变错综无序的IT服务现状。通过整合IT运维管理资源,设计科学合理的IT运维管理流程、组织结构和职责分工,建立起基于ITIL的服务管理模式,实现对资源的统筹规划和共享,在服务环节上加强沟通协作,提高整体IT运维管理的有效性和工作效率,改善最终用户的满意度。IT service management system based on ITIL helps customers to realize the transformation of the fire fighting type IT to the IT service management system, completely change the intricate disorder of the current situation of IT service. By integrating IT operation and maintenance management resources, designing scientific and reasonable IT operation management process and organizational structure and division of responsibilities, establish service management model based on ITIL. It realize the overall planning and sharing of resources, strengthen communication and collaboration in the service link, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall IT operation and maintenance management, and improve end user satisfaction.
