摘 要:人体腔隙学是在实体器官基础上进一步探讨体内腔隙的解剖特征以及和临床各学科关系的理论,人体内的腔隙暂分为空间腔隙、软组织腔隙和潜在腔隙3种。肝脏是结直肠癌发生血行转移最主要的靶器官,肝转移是结直肠癌患者最主要的死因。因此,从腔隙学角度对结肠癌肝转移进行研究可以进一步细化肿瘤转移分期,对于病灶的精准切除等均具有非常重要的意义。精准医疗也对器官和组织层面进行更加深入细致的研究提出了更高的要求。本文将从腔隙解剖学的角度对肝内腔隙的层次划分以及结肠癌肝转移的形成过程进行详细描述,以期对临床诊疗提供借鉴。Space science of human body was to investigate anatomical characteristics of lacunar in human body and relationships with relevant clinical departments based on parenchymatous organ research. The space of human body was divided into physical, potential and soft tissue space. The liver was the main target organ of colorectal metastasis, which was the main cause o[ death in patients. So that, in further study of the formation of colorectal liver metastases from the perspective of spaces could refined 1he stages of tumor metastasis, which is of great significance to accurate surgical operation et al. Especially with the development of precision medicine, detailed human body structure was required to meet with it. In this paper, the hierarchical classification of spaces in the liver and the development of eolorectal liver metastases would be described in details from angle of space science of human body.
