摘　　要：在医疗过程中对患者实施人文关怀,是现代医学的基本要求,也是贯彻"以人为本"思想的重要体现。胸痛是门诊患者最常见的主诉之一,其中很大一部分患者的胸痛属于不明原因胸痛(UCP)。因其特殊性,UCP患者在就诊过程中迫切需要人文关怀,然而患者的这种需求在实际诊疗过程中往往被医生所忽视。在对症治疗的同时,对UCP患者实施人文关怀具有重要的意义,这有利于减轻患者负担,提高患者生活质量。同时,人文关怀的实施有赖于医患双方的共同努力。Humanity is one of the properties of medicine, and humanistic care during medical service, and is an important embodiment of the people-oriented thoughts. Unexplained chest pain （UCP） is one of the most common reasons for consultation in outpatients. Because being special of UCP itself, patients with UCP are in sore need of humanistic care. However, such demands of patients are frequently ignored by practitioners during medical procedure. Therefore, it is of great significance to offer humanistic care to these patients along with symptomatic treatment, which may help them cope with stress during medical processes. To achieve this goal, it needs joint effort of both doctors and patients.
