摘 要:根据航空发动机轴承和齿轮等高速滑滚摩擦副的典型工况条件,建立润滑状态下高速重载滑滚摩擦副的非均等热分配模型。热分配系数定义为分配到线速度较高接触表面上的摩擦热量比例,并通过理论计算和试验对比进行确定。采用Crank-Nicolson隐式有限差分法对数学模型进行求解,通过调整热分配系数,使表面测温点的温度计算值接近典型试验的实测值,从而确定摩擦副两接触表面的热分配系数。利用该非均等热分配模型对高速重载油润滑下M50钢滑滚摩擦副两表面的温度进行计算,并与试验实测值进行对比。结果表明,该模型计算获得的表面温度与试验实测温度变化规律基本一致,证明所确定的热分配系数比较合理,可用于预测高速重载油润滑下M50钢高速滑滚摩擦副接触表面的温度。According to the typical sliding/rolling contact conditions of the bearings and gears used in aerospace engines, the uneven heat partition in lubricated sliding/rolling contact pairs under high speed and heavy load was investigated .The heat partition coefficient, defined as the ratio of the frictional heat transferred into the disk at higher linear velocity to the total frictional heat, was determined by numerically calculating and experimental testing of the temperature on sliding/rolling contact surfaces. The numerical model was solved using Crank-Nicolson implicit finite difference method. The temperature on both contact surfaces was calculated using different heat partition coefficient and compared to the surface temperature got from typical experiments.The heat partition coefficient was consequently determined when the surface tem- perature from both calculations and tests were closed to each other.The temperature of lubricated M50 steel sliding/rolling contact pairs under high speed and heavy load was calculated using the heat partition coefficient, and was verified by the temperature of the sliding/rolling contact surface that was tested using two-disk test rig.The results show that the calculation of heat partition coefficient at the sliding/rolling contact pairs is reasonable and can be used to predict the temperature on the contact surface of lubricated MS0 steel sliding/rolling contact pairs under high speed and heavy load.
