长治市资源转型发展中的产学研协同创新研究

摘　　要：资源转型是现阶段山西省经济发展的重要课题,长治市是山西省自2011年以来实行资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验区的先行试点。2011年教育部和财政部联合实施"高等学校创新能力提升计划",再次体现了国家意志的产学研协同创新的重大战略举措。产学研协同创新,作为一种新的创新方式,是实现创新发展的新思考,也是实现资源转型发展的有效途径。文章以产学研协同创新相关理论为基础,在介绍了长治市的资源概况和产学研合作工作的进展情况后,结合长治市目前的实际情况进行具体分析,指出长治市产学研协同创新发展中存在的问题,并提出解决的意见和建议,在此基础上进一步探索适合长治市产学研协同创新发展的具体模式,以有效地促进长治市资源转型和经济的良性发展。Resource transformation is an important topic in Shanxi economic development at present. Changzhi city has become the first experimental unit in the provincial reform experiment campaign in integrating resource transformation and economic restructuring. The‘promoting innovation in higher education institutions＇ plan initiated and implemented by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in 2011 reflects the stratigic significance of the coordination of industry-university-research on the national level. It is not only a new concept in innovation but proved effective in bringing about resource transformation. This paper,based on relevant thoeries in the coordination of industry-university-research,makes a survey of the present situation in resource allocation and the status quo of in the coordination of industry-university-research in Changzhi. With some analysis done it points out some problems and accordingly proposes solutions and suggestions. It further explores the innovaton mode in the coordination of industry-university-research that suits the reality in Changzhi in the hope of effectively promoting its resource transformation and pushing its economic development.
