摘  要:目的参照创建研究型医院标准,选择医疗数质量指标,构建科室绩效考核体系,通过分析绩效考核结果,验证其效果。方法在文献查询、专家访谈的基础上,选择数量、效率和质量三类考核指标并确定权重,计算得分,以外科系统为例对比分析各项指标前后差异。结果各科室数质量指标均明显提升,呈逐年上升趋势。结论该绩效考核体系科学、实用、公平,对于绩效工资的规范管理、工作效率的提高和医疗质量的持续改进具有促进作用。Objective Referring standards of research - oriented hospital, key medical quantity and quality indicators were selected, and department performance appraisal system was hulit. The effectiveness was verified by analyzing the results of performance appraisal. Methods On the basis of literature search and expert interviews, the quantity, efficiency and quality performance indicators were selected and the weights were calculated. Scores in the surgical system were compared. Results Scores of medical quantity and quality indicators improved significantly year by year. Conclusion Standard management of performance pay, continuous improvement of working efficiency and medical quality could be promoted by applying our performance appraisal system.
