浅析新疆中亚留学生教育发展——以新疆师范大学为例

摘　　要：新疆师范大学留学生教育逐步建构起整个学校国际化推进的体系,形成具有本土特色中亚留学生教育,成为全国留学生教育中具有鲜明特色的一个标签。叙述了新疆师范大学推进中亚国家留学生教育发展过程,分析总结中亚留学生教育特点和存在的问题。提出新疆师范大学留学生教育体系包括情感型人际交往方式、体验式教学模式和仁爱为本的管理体制三方面内容,并进行了具体论述。Xinjiang Normal University started its education of foreign students not long ago and is now quite well known among IHEs in China with its localized quality education of Central Asian students. Following a review of the development of education of Central Asian students in XNU, features and existing problems regarding education of Central Asian students are analyzed, and the education system, which consists of affective communication approach, experience-based teaching pattern and love-based management, is raised and discussed.
