摘　　要：根据英式三角插头E极芯针自动组装机的硬件结构和控制要求,采用FX 2N系列PLC作为中央控制器,对3个气动机械手、1个六工位转盘和1个振动上料盘进行控制系统设计,使设备满足E极芯针的自动装配要求,减少了人力成本,提高了工作效率。According to the hardware structure and control requirements of the Automatic Assembly Machine of Earth Line of British Triangle Plug,FX 2Nseries PLC is used as the central controller to design the control system of 3pneumatic manipulators,1six-position rotary table and 1vibration feeding plate.The automatic assembly of the core needle of Earth Line is accomplished,and the machine can reduce the labor cost and improve the working efficiency.
