功能牙数和修复方案对高龄人群幸福感的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨功能牙数和修复方案对高龄人群幸福感的影响。方法 2014年1月~2014年6月,我们对西安市泾河工业园区60周岁以上常住人口中采用多阶段分层等比例随机抽样的方法进行调查,共发放调查问卷568份,收回有效调查问卷560份（98.59%）,采用自制一般资料问卷调查,幸福感指数量表测试受试者目前所体验到的幸福度。口腔检查包括功能牙数及修复情况。结果 单因素分析结果显示,年龄、居住情况、婚姻状况、退休前职业、最高学历、社会活动参加频率、家庭年收入、功能牙数和修复情况均为老年人幸福感的影响因素（P〈0.05）。剔除其他因素后,不同功能牙数老年人幸福指数得分差异有显著性（t=11.883,P=0.000）,不同修复情况老年人幸福指数得分差异亦有显著性（t=16.032,P=0.000）。结论 年龄、居住情况、婚姻状况、退休前职业、最高学历、社会活动参加频率、家庭年收入、功能牙数和修复情况等均为老年人幸福感的影响因素,其中功能牙数越多,义齿修复越完善,老年人幸福感越强。Objective To investigate the effect of the number of functional natural teeth and different oral restora- tion behaviors on happiness of the elderly. Multi-stage stratified random sampling proportion was used to investigate inhabitant in Jinghe Industrial Park in Xi＇an City from Jan 2014 to Jun 2014. 568 questionnaires were sent out and 560 were effective. General data questionnaire by ourselves were used to collect general data and index of well-being was used to determine the score of happiness. The number of functional natural teeth and different oral restoration behaviors was also detected. Results Single factor analysis showed that age, housing condition, marital status, occupation before retirement, highest education, frequency of attending social activity, annual household income, number of functional nat- ural teeth and different oral restoration behaviors were influencing factor for happiness of the elderly （P〈0.05）. Kicking out other influencing factors, the elderly with different numbers of functional natural teeth and different oral restoration behaviors showed different level of happiness （t=11. 883, P=0. 000; t=16. 032, P=0. 000）. Conclusion Age, hous- ing condition, marital status, occupation before retirement, highest education, frequency of attending social activity, annual household income, number of functional natural teeth and different oral restoration behaviors were influencing fac- tor for happiness of the elderly. The elderly with more functional natural teeth and better oral restoration behaviors showed higher level of happiness.
