摘　　要：帕金森病是一种常见的神经系统变性疾病,虽然左旋多巴仍是目前治疗帕金森病的主要药物,但长期服用疗效降低,且易引起各种严重并发症。近年来中医药在治疗帕金森病方面取得了一定进展。检索近5年的有关中医药治疗帕金森病的研究原著,并进行整理分析。近年来中医对帕金森病的病因病机、中药治疗、针灸治疗等各方面进行了大量的研究,取得了一定的进展。中医学治疗帕金森病取得了一定进展,但还应探讨该病的中医辨证和疗效标准。按照医学科研方法设计,进行大样本、多中心、随机、对照研究。Parkinson＇s disease is a commom chronic neurondenaturation disease.L-dopa is the main therapy,but its curative effect is reduced in long-term use and it can cause serious moter complications. In order to investigate TCM treatment of Parkinson＇s disease,we searched original articles about TCM treatment of Parkinson＇s disease in recent five years in the database online.There are a lot of researches in Parkinson＇s disease pathogenesis,drug treatment,acupuncture and other aspects.Uniform criteria in syndrome differention and diagnostic and curative effect in accordance with the characteristic of Parkinson＇s disease should be worked out. Large sample,multi-center,randomized prospective researches should be designed and implemented to provide evidence for clinical curative effect.
