摘  要:针对现有蔬菜播机单粒率低,重播、空穴率高,机具作业效率低下。设计2BSL—320滚筒气吸式蔬菜播种机,讨论蔬菜播种机国类外现状,并重点介绍研制机具的总体结构与原理,传动系统布置,播种装置结构与原理,并以南京白菜种子为例,进行试验。试验结果,吸排过程中单粒率介于90.1%~98.5%,重播率介于1%~2.5%,空穴率0.9%~1.8%,基本能满足机具设计要求,综合考虑各因素,选取机具输送带速度为0.03m/s,孔径为0.9mm。The machine was designed in view of the low single seed rate,high replay and empty seed rate,and low efficiency of the vegetable sowing machine at present.The current situation of vegetable sowing machine at home and abroad was discussed,and the overall structure and principle,the transmission system arrangement,and the sowing device structure of the new machine were mainly introduced.The cabbage seeds in Nanjing were used as example to conduct the test.The single seed rate in the process of absorption is between 90.1%~98.5%,the replay rate is between 1%~2.5%,and the empty seed rate is 0.9%~1.8%,which basically satisfies the requirement of machine design.Comprehensively considered with each factor,the conveyor belt speed of 0.03m/s and the pore size of 0.9mm were selected for the machine.
