摘  要:根据白芹特有的横行间培土要求,以及所培田块土壤含水率高、黏性大等特点,设计一种自走式白芹培土机,即选用斗山DH55GOLD小型履带式挖掘机为工作底盘,基于挖掘机的后动臂和液压系统,开发出前悬挂培土机体具。详细阐述培土机具的工作原理和关键机构的设计,并针对第一轮样机田间试验过程中出现的土块不成矩形、土块黏附在挖斗壁上难以倒出等问题,对培土机体进行改进、优化和完善。改进后的田间试验结果表明,挖土、运输、倒土等各项动作均能满足培土的农艺要求,与传统的人工培土相比,大大提高了生产率、减轻了劳动强度、降低生产成本,填补了国内外空白,对推动白芹特色经济作物产业的发展具有重要意义。According to the requirements of ridging the lateral soil,the high moisture content and great viscosity of celery soil,the self-propelled celery banking machine was designed.It uses the small crawler excavator of DOOSAN DH55 GOLD as the working chassis,and the forward mounting banking equipment was developed based on the excavator's rear arm and hydraulic system.The working principle and key mechanism were described in detail.After the first field test of preliminary prototype,some problems appeared,for example,the soil block can't become rectangle and is uneasy in dumping as the block will stick to bucket's surface.Based on those shortcomings,the banking equipment was improved and optimized deeply.The result of the final field test shows that the motion of digging,transportation and dumping meet the banking agricultural requirement,and compared with the traditional manual banking,the banking machine led to higher production efficiency,less labor intensity and lower production cost.In addition,it fills the technology gap at home and abroad,and has great importance to promote the development of characteristic economic celery.
