摘  要:果蔬皮渣是果蔬产品加工过程中必然产生的副产物。本文综述果蔬皮渣资源利用的途径,分析果蔬皮渣颗粒成型的优势及国内外颗粒饲料成型研究发展状况,指出我国果蔬皮渣颗粒饲料成型面临的问题,并提出促进我国果蔬皮渣颗粒成型发展的相关建议。Fruit and vegetable pomace is the inevitable by-products in the process of fruit and vegetables'production.The methods of fruit and vegetable pomace resource utilization were summarized,and the advantages of fruit and vegetable pomace particles formation and the development status of pellets forming equipment and technology at home and abroad were analyzed.The problem of fruit and vegetable pomace pellets forming was pointed out,and some recommendations of promoting the development of fruit and vegetable pomace pellets formation in our country were put forward.
