基于PCI模型开发新创企业家的心理资本合算吗?——以10家“最具成长性的新兴企业”为样本

摘　　要：文章以效用分析模型为基础估算了PCI模型在开发新创企业家心理资本上的成本。研究结果表明,PCI模型在开发新创企业家心理资本上存在着难以克服的缺陷,如成本收益的非对称性、现金断流风险、投资结果的不确定性和开发的非规模经济性等。比较分析显示,通过优化宏观创业环境来提升新创企业家的心理资本不仅具有合意性质、经验基础,而且存在着现实的操作空间,应成为开发新创企业家心理资本的替代方法。The paper estimates the costs of PCI model in developing new venture entrepreneurs’psychological capital based on utility analysis model. The study results show that PCI model has insurmountable deficiencies in developing new venture entrepreneurs’psychological capital,such as the asymmetry of cost-benefit,the risk of cash drain,the uncertainty of investment results and the non-scale economy development and so on. A comparative analysis indicates that optimizing macro environment to enhance new venture entrepreneurs’psychological capital should become an alternative to develop new venture entrepreneurs’psychological capital,which has not only desirable property and experience base,but also the practical operation space.
