90锶-90钇敷贴治疗小儿血管瘤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察放射性核素90锶-90钇敷贴治疗小儿血管瘤的安全性和有效性。方法:520例血管瘤患儿均给予放射性核素90锶-90钇敷贴治疗。结果:本组520例患儿治疗总有效率为99.4%(517/520),其中单纯草莓状血管瘤总有效率为100%(438/438),明显高于海绵状血管瘤(71.4%)和混合型血管瘤(97.3%)的治疗总有效率(P<0.05)。结论:90锶-90钇敷贴治疗小儿血管瘤安全有效,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To observe the security and effectiveness for treating infantile hemangioma with 90Sr-90 Y. Methods： 520 cases infantile hemangioma were all treated with radionuclide 90Sr-90 Y. Results： The total curative effective rate of 520 cases infantile hemangioma was 99.4%（517/520）. The total curative effective rate of pure strawberry hemangioma was 100%（438/438）, which was obviously higher than cavernous hemangioma（71.4%） and mixed hemangioma（97.3%, P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Treating infantile hemangioma with 90Sr-90 Y is safe and effective, and is worthy of application in clinic.
