摘　　要：以跨学科研究为视角,借鉴精益化管理在其他行业的成功案例,探讨标准化及其精益化管理模式在临床研究伦理审查质量管理建设中的必要性和若干现实问题,以此优化临床研究伦理审查品质。Based on the interdisciplinary research perspective,using the successful case of lean management mode in other industries,this paper stressed the necessity of quality management and some other relevant realistic problems in the construction of standardization and lean management in the field of the clinical research ethics review,in order to optimize the quality of ethical qeview.
