集体无意识与护理伦理准则的关系探讨

摘　　要：分析了集体无意识及其在临床护理中的表现,主要有:技术主体化趋势使护理责任意识模糊、护患关系物化中的护理伦理准则淡漠和复杂社会因素下的护理人文关怀缺乏,提出要从以下几方面践行护理伦理原则,培养正性集体无意识氛围;坚持尊重原则,认清护理道德本质;坚持同情原则,培养临床护理共情;坚持责任原则,强化护理胜任能力。Collective unconscious and its performances were analyzed in this paper,including： fuzzy responsibility under the subjectification of technology,indifference nursing ethics in materialized in the relationship between nurses and patientsl,humanism deficiency in complicated social factors. Therefore,it must be sure to recognize the characteristics and mechanism of the collective unconsciousness,and to awaken positive collective unconscious with a positive stimulus,adhere to the principle of respect,compassion and responsibility,identify nursing moral essence,cultivating nursing empathy ability,so as to make it become the great power to promote the quality of clinical nursing work.
