摘　　要：运用利益相关者理论分析转型期的医患关系,合理界定医患关系中的利益相关者,并探讨各利益相关者的行为及其影响,最终确立了以利益融合为导向,以患者利益为中心的新型医患关系。This paper analyzed the doctor- patient relationship in the transformation period using stakeholder theory,reasonably defined the stakeholders in the doctor- patient relationship,furthermore,the behavior of various stakeholders and their influences were also discussed. Finally,integration interests and patients benefits oriented new type of doctor- patient relationship was established.
