试论生态文明制度的伦理规制

摘　　要：制度和伦理是人类社会进步缺一不可的两套社会规范体系,并且由于伦理较之于制度更具有内生性和本源性,因此以伦理来规制制度,从而形成两种规范体系的合力既必要亦可行。生态文明制度的伦理规制是指用不断调整完善的生态伦理来规定制约生态文明制度。具体包括以正义伦理来规制生态文明社会的政治制度,以可持续伦理来规制生态文明社会的经济制度,以和谐伦理来规制生态文明社会的狭义社会制度,以自洽伦理来规制生态文明社会的文化制度等。System and ethics are indispensable norms of human social progress. It is necessary that ethics regulates the system to gather the strength because the former is more endogenous than the latter. Ethics regulation of ecological civilization system refers to constantly adjusting and improving the ecological ethics which can be used to regulate and restrict ecological civilization system. Specifically, justice regulates the political system of ecological civilization. Sustainability regulates the economic system of ecological civilized society. Harmonious ethics regulates the social system of ecological civilization. Self-consistent ethics regulates the cultural system of ecological civilization.
