摘  要:高淀粉马铃薯新品种‘冀张薯15号’系河北省高寒作物研究所2004年用‘1867’作母本、‘冀张薯8号’作父本,经有性杂交选育而成,2015年5月通过河北省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种生育期94 d左右,椭圆形,薯皮光滑,淡黄皮淡黄肉,芽眼浅。产量在30 000 kg/hm2左右,粗蛋白含量2.39%,维生素C含量20.37 mg/100g鲜薯,还原糖含量0.69%,干物质含量25.42%,淀粉含量19.66%。适宜在河北、山西、内蒙古和甘肃等北方一季作区肥水条件较好的地块种植。'Jizhangshu 15', a high starch variety, was developed from a cross between '1867' as female and 'Jizhangshu 8' as male which was made in 2004 by Crops Research Institute for Cold Region based in Zhangjiakou, Hebei, and was approved for registration by the Hebei Crop Variety Committee in May, 2015. The growth period of 'Jizhangshu 15' is abont 94 days, with oval tuber shape, smooth skin, yellow skin and yellow flesh, and shallow eyes. The yield for this variety is about 30 000 kg/ha, with crude protein content 2.39%, vitamin C content 20.37 mg/100g FW, reducing sugar content 0.69%, dry matter content 25.42%, and starch content 19.66%. It is suitable for planting in Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Gansu and other northern one cropping regions with better water availability and soil fertility.
