摘 要:轻型木结构建筑中主要抗侧力构件为剪力墙,而钉节点的性能是决定轻型木结构剪力墙受力性能的关键因素。选用速生杨木LVL、结构胶合板和国产普通圆钢钉制作了120个钉连接节点试件,采用单调加载方式进行侧向承载力试验研究,结果表明:节点破坏形式共有6种;不同钉制方式对钉连接节点的最大承载力影响不大,但对屈服荷载和刚度有较大影响;荷载方向与墙骨方向的夹角对钉连接节点的最大承载力、屈服荷载和刚度均有影响。对于各连接节点的荷载-滑移曲线及相关参数进行拟合,发现拟合曲线的屈服荷载拟合度较高,而拟合刚度存在一定差异。Shear wall is the main lateral-load-resisting component in light wood frame construction, and the performance of nail-fastened nodes is a key factor determining load-carrying ability of light wood frame shear wall. In this study, 120 nailfastened nodes were prepared on fast-growing poplar laminated veneer lumber (LVL) or structural plywood. The samples were subjected to monotonic lateral loading. The results showed that there were six failure modes of the nail-fastened nodes. The nailing pattern showed little influence on the load-carrying ability, but exhibited great influence on yield strength and stiffness. The angle between loading direction and wall bone direction exerted significant influence on all the three mechanical properties. Fitted curves were constructed to fit the load-slip data and other parameters, which could well fit the yield strength data but showed less accuracy with respect to stiffness data.
