增强大学生道德责任教育实效性的方法探究

摘　　要：就目前而言,大学生道德责任教育还存在着一些问题。要提高大学生道德责任教育实效性就要采取相应的方法进行改进。如何以形象教育与理论教育相配合,促进知晓;以讨论说服和比较鉴别相结合,实现认同;运用价值澄清,引导大学生内化;以物质、精神和人格激励,促进行为意向性的生成;通过实践锻炼,养成行为的一贯性,是文章的主旨。There exist several problems with the education of moral responsibility for undergraduates. Some measures should be taken to improve its efficiency. The main idea of the papers can be demonstrated as following： getting a better understanding in combination of imagery and theoretical education; achieving agreement in combine of discussion and identification; orientating students＇ internalization by use of value clarification; advocating the intentional act with aid of motivation in material, emotion and personality; keeping consistency in one＇s behavior through the practical education.
