摘　　要：综述了超微粉碎对中药化学成分溶出度及药理学的影响。中药超微粉碎后与原中药比较,可检测到的化学成分发生了"量"或"质"的变化。有的量增加或降低;有的检测出现了新的成分或原有成分却检测不到了。超微粉碎中药溶出成分的变化,也导致了药理学上的多向变化。如今超微粉碎中药不断被认可应用,提出其安全性问题的思考非常必要。This review summarizes the effects of ultramicro powder on dissolution and pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine.The chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine has ＂ qualitative＂ or ＂ quantitative＂ changes in ultramicro powder compared with the original medicine. Some have quantity increased or decreased; some have new components or former components disappear.Change of chemical composition after ultramicro powder also results in diverse changes of pharmacology. Now ultramicro powder is more and more accepted,it is necessary to propose the safety thoughts.
