摘 要:试验研究旨在阐明叶绿素对含油量的影响。以12个含油量不同的甘蓝型油菜品系为材料,在汉中和杨凌两个不同生态区研究角果形成过程中含油量,种子、角果皮中叶绿素a、b及总叶绿素质量分数变化及其相关性。结果表明,在角果发育过程中,含油量、种子叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素质量分数均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,含油量在初花后49d达到峰值,种子叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素质量分数在初花后42d达到峰值;6次取样中,角果皮叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素质量分数在第1次取样时(初花后21d)最大,之后逐渐下降;种子和角果皮中叶绿素a质量分数均高于叶绿素b;在种子发育过程中(初花后42~56d),叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素质量分数与含油量的相关性达到显著水平,但没有形成相同的变化趋势。推测叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素不是造成两地或品系问含油量不同的原因。Abstract Systematic analysis of the relationship between oil content and mass fraction of chlorophyll a, mass traction of chlorophyll b and mass fraction of total chlorophyll of seeds and pod skin , and clarify the impact of chlorophyll on oil content. Twelve lines of rapeseed with different oil contents were used to study the dynamic changes of oil content,mass fraction of chlorophyll a,mass fraction of chlorophyll b and mass fraction of total chlorophyll of seeds and pod skin during seed formation, and the correlation between mass fraction of chlorophyll and oil content in Brassica napus was analysed. In the pods during development, oil content, mass fraction of chlorophyll a, mass fraction of chlorophyll b and mass fraction of total chlorophyll of seeds followed a increase-decrease pattern,oil content reached the minimum values at 49 day after flowering,mass fraction of chlorophyll a,mass fraction of chlorophyll b and mass fraction of total chlorophyll of seeds reached the minimum values at 42 day after flowering;mass fraction of chlorophyll a, mass fraction of chlorophyll b and mass fraction of total chlorophyll of pod skin reached the minimum values at the first sampling(21 day after flowering);the mass fraction of chlorophyll a was higher than mass fraction of chlorophyll b;mass fraction of chlorophyll a, mass fraction of chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were correlated with oil content at some stages, but the distribution of the level corresponding does not form between mass fraction of chlorophyll a, mass fraction of chlorophyll b and mass fraction of total chlorophyll and oil content. From the results above,we can come to the inference that mass fraction of chlorophyll a,mass fraction of chlorophyll b and mass fraction of total chlorophyll aren't the key factors affecting oil content difference in different regions and lines.
