2012年贵州省龙里县布依族、汉族20～80岁人群超重及肥胖流行特征

摘　　要：目的了解龙里县布依族、汉族居民超重及肥胖的流行特征，为制定防治措施提供依据。方法采取分层随机抽样方法抽取城镇2社区服务中心4个居委会、4乡镇4个行政村20～80岁身体健康的布依族、汉族2889名常住村民为调查对象，测量调查对象身高和体重等，计算BMI，以24kg／m^2≤BMI〈28kg／m^2为超重，BMI≥28kg／m^2为肥胖。计算超重和肥胖率。结果汉族成人超重率为32．86％，布依族成人超重率为20．30％，汉族男女性超重率均高于布依族（P〈0．001）；汉族成人肥胖率为10．48％，布依族成人肥胖率为4．88％，汉族肥胖率高于布依族（x^2=32．13，P〈0．001），且汉族男女性各年龄段肥胖率均高于布依族（P〈0．001）；超重和肥胖总率呈现城镇（40．15％）高于农村（28．10％）（P〈0．001）。结论龙里县汉族成人超重和肥胖与2010年全国水平接近，布依族成人超重和肥胖低于全国水平，且存在民族、年龄、城乡差异；超重和肥胖总率城镇高于农村；总体肥胖率显著高于2002年，呈上升的趋势。Objective This work was to understand the epidemiological characteristics of overweight and obesity in Longli county, and to provide a basis for developing prevention measures. Methods By cluster random sampling method, we selected 2889 Bouyei and Han peoples of 20-80 years old from two community service centers, four neighborhoods, four towns and four administrative villages to measure height and weight, and then computing BMI （24kg/m^2 ≤ BMI 〈 28kg/m^2 and BMI 1〉 28kg/m^2 as overweight and obese respectively）. Results The overweight prevalence was 32.86% for Han people and 20.30% for Bouyei people. The prevalence in Han males and females were higher than Bouyei＇s （P〈0.001）. The obesity prevalence was 10.48% for Han people and 4.88% for Bouyei people. For all ages, male and female obesity rates in Han peoples were significantly higher than the Bouyei＇s （P〈0.001）. The overall prevalence of obesity was 6.78%.The prevalence of overweight and obesity were higher in urban areas （40.15%） than in rural areas （28.10%）. The prevalence of overweight and obese presented urban higher than rural. The overall obesity prevalence was significantly higher than in 2002, presenting an upward trend. Conclusion The prevalence of overweight and obesity of Han people in Longli county was close to the national level （2010）, and that of Bouyei＇s was lower than the national level. The prevalence differed with ethnic groups, age, urban-rural areas.
