摘　　要：依据"协同创新"理念,结合军队院校实验室的实际情况,提出构建军队院校开放共享实验平台的整体思路,并有针对性地给出了具体措施:(1)基础实验平台建设;(2)交叉学科实验平台建设;(3)科研与教学资源共享平台建设;(4)联合共建实验创新平台;(5)大型设备共享中心建设。希望通过以上措施,建设好军队院校开放共享实验平台,培养出优秀的卓越军事创新人才。This paper proposes specific measures that are based on ＂collaborative innovation＂ concept, combined with the actual situation in the laboratory in military academies to build the whole idea of the military institutions open sharing experiment platform, as follows; （1） based on the experimental platform; （2） interdisciplinary experiment platform; （3） researching and teaching resources sharing platform; （4） jointly established experimental platform for innovation; （5） large-scale equipment sharing center. With those measures a shared open experimental platform to cultivate innovative talents of outstanding excellence in military is hoped to be built.
