摘　　要：本文回顾性分析2015年4月保定市满城区医院收治的1例浆膜下肌瘤表面血管自发破裂出血患者的病史、临床特征、超声检查结果等临床资料,并复习文献加以讨论,分析病因并总结其诊断及鉴别诊断方法,以期提高临床对浆膜下肌瘤表面血管自发破裂的认识,增强对该病的诊治能力。History, clinical characteristics, results of ultrasonic examination of vascular spontaneous rupture bleeding in the surface of 1 case with subserosal fibroids on April 2015 in Hospital of Mancheng District in Baoding City is ana- lyzed in this paper, and discussed and reviewed combined with the literature, the pathogeny is analyzed, the diagnosis and differential diagnosis method are summarized, hoping to improve the clinical understanding of spontaneous rupture of blood vessels in the surface of subserosal fibroids and increase the diagnosis and treatment of ability.
