摘　　要：介绍ABB Industrial 800x A系统在包钢无缝钢管厂Φ159 mm生产线的应用,主要包括工艺流程系统配置、软件控制功能、性能分析等内容。该系统的使用显著地提高了无缝钢管生产的自动化控制水平,有效地提升了生产节奏和控制精度,生产的稳定性和可靠性得到了有效保障。In the paper,it is introduced the applications of ABB Industrial 800 x A System in Φ159 mm production line of Seamless Tube Plant of Baotou Steel from technological process,system configuration,software control function and performance analysis. The automatic control level of manufacturing seamless tube,rhythm of production and control accuracy are improved obviously as well as the stability and reliability of productions are effectively ensured with the system.
