摘　　要：介绍了一种单行星排汇流液压机械无级变速箱,并分析其功率传递情况。通过定义法和啮合功率法从不同角度研究变速箱的效率特性,得到了影响变速箱效率的主要因素,为进一步优化设计方案,提高变速箱效率,奠定了理论基础。设计了一种液压系统试验台架,分析了影响液压系统效率的主要因素。建立了一种无级变速箱试验台架,得到了变速箱的无级调速特性和效率特性曲线,并对试验结果进行了分析。A hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission（HMCVT） with a single planetary gear is introduced,and the power transfer of the transmission is analyzed.The efficiency characteristic of transmission is researched from different angles through the definition method and the meshing power method,and the main factors which influence the efficiency of transmission are acquired,the theoretical foundation for the optimization of design scheme and increasement of the transmission efficiency is established.A test bench of hydraulic system is designed,and the main factors which influence the efficiency of hydraulic system are analyzed.A test bench of HMCVT is established,the stepless regulation speed characteristic curves and efficiency characteristic curves are acquired,and the test results are analyzed.
